tavistock trout

had two days fishing at tavistock trout lakes there are five well maintained lakes in agood setting. it was cloudy but mild as there was a few trout rising I put on a floater black nat. normaly used for browns. 10 min,s a ringed rippel apered and I was away with my fisrt trout. two more latter in the after-noon all 2llb. the nexed day I tryed the same but no takers on top so want 3 ft deeper but as I was told that thay are pullING at the fly and not the hook I uesd a small fl;y size 10. [LADY OF THE LAKE] it was abit slow but sill a full bag with two 2llb and one at 4llb. GOOD WINTERS FUN YES.
